This jacket is truly a unique and empowering piece! Features graphic print- "fearless boss" on the left side pocket-"there's nothing like a sistah" on the back side-"love" on right pocket. 
Jacket has no thickness but good quality overall.
There is a slight difference in fabric (pockets and back side designs are soft or smooth fabric which appear to be sewn on patches); while the rest of the jacket has the camo (slight roughness) feel.
We give this jacket thumbs up and A+ for both creativity and inspiring.
Other important features:
Sleeves are a bit snug with stretch (recommend go up 2 or 3 sizes for large/thick arms)
The hemline of the jacket sits below the knees however height will determine where it rests
